The 19th International Conference of Art Researchers \u2013 Culture on the Threshold of Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:26%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"354\" height=\"354\" src=\"https:\/\/tafu.edu.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Conference-EMB-for-ROTATING-GIF_3_2.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11793\" style=\"width:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>The 19th International Conference of Art Researchers will take place on October 7-9, 2026.<\/strong> This year\u2019s priority theme is <strong><strong>\u201e<strong>\u201cCulture on the Threshold of Change.\u201d<\/strong>.\u201d<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference is dedicated to reflecting on the condition of art and culture at a time when historical, social, and technological transformations provoke a fundamental rethinking of artistic and media forms, functions, and content. The discussions will address both contemporary and historical practices in visual arts, cinema, theatre, music, media, and related cultural fields, particularly those that emerge within the transitional zone between tradition and innovation. The conference aims to identify the critical moments at which culture responds to new realities, develops new linguistic and symbolic forms, and defines its future directions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference is open to professors, researchers, and doctoral students whose scientific interests align with the themes and directions of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentation must represent original academic research and must not have been previously published or presented at another conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference will feature sections on theater studies, film studies, art history, musicology, choreography, and media studies. Additionally, there will be open-topic sections in the field of arts and sections on cultural tourism and arts management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The thematic materials of the conference will be published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/artsmediajournal.tafu.edu.ge\/en\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u201cInternational Journal of Arts and Media Researches\u201d<\/span> <\/a>in both Georgian and English. Open-theme section papers will appear in the journal \u201cArt Science Studies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 10<\/strong> \u2013 Submission deadline for abstracts in both Georgian and English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>September 30<\/strong> \u2013 Submission deadline for the full presentation text in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>November 30<\/strong> \u2013 Deadline for full articles in both Georgian and English (<strong>\u201cCulture on the Threshold of Change.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions must present new research, address relevant issues, demonstrate depth of analysis, and contribute novel findings.
