Maximum running time of presented movie must be up to 30 minutes, with ENGLISH subtitles, production of 2017-2018 and presented to our Festival for the first time! For Selection, we accept only online submission and receive films only via Vimeo or any other downloadable portal! After Selection, official list of competition will be announced in April!
