In 1991-2014 he worked as a researcher at the Dmitri Janelidze Research Center of the Georgian State University of Theatre and Cinema named after Shota Rustaveli.
From 1993 to 2010 he worked as a visiting professor at the Georgian State University of Theater and Cinema named after Shota Rustaveli.
From 1996-1998, she was a guest lecturer at the Ekvtima Takaishvili Institute of Culture and the Ilia Chavchavadze Institute of Foreign Languages of Georgia
