The 16th Scientific Conference of Georgian Students took place on May 16-17, 2023. The conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University. To commemorate this special occasion, a unique emblem was designed by Ivane Kiknadze and featured on all conference materials.
About 60 students participated in the conference. Most of these students are pursuing various majors at Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University.
Students also participated from Tbilisi State Conservatoire, Tbilisi State Academy of Art, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and Georgian Technical University.
On May 17, a student exhibition opened featuring the painting compositions of the 4th-grade art studies students Sandro Balakhadze and Ia Abuseridze and the 3rd-grade theatre studies student Ana Sulamanidze.
On May 17, at the Dimitri Aleksidze University Theatre, the participant students were awarded certificates at a ceremony, followed by a concert and event dedicated to the university`s anniversary.
