The department's purpose is to manage and organize the educational process and to oversee teaching at the master's and doctoral levels.

Learning Process Management Department:

  • Monitors the educational programs presented by the faculties and the teachers' workloads to determine their compatibility.
  • Provides organizational support for the implementation of the educational process at the master's and doctoral levels;
  • In cooperation with the quality assurance service and the faculty heads, develop proposals for the further development of educational programs;
  • Conducts enrollment exams annually at the master's and doctoral level;
  • Manages the personal files of students of all three levels (bachelor's, master's, doctorate) and reflects their data in the database;
  • Promotes the introduction and implementation of international and local inter-university training programs;
  • Registers the student contingent (semester, students/mobility holders);
  • Depicts the admission quota for bachelor's and master's programs;
  • Manages the university database.
